Broccoli Potato Puree for Babies

Preparation:


Clean the bowl and spoon by placing it in a vessel with hot water for five minutes and immersed on the same vessel until use.

Method:


1. Wash and dip the broccoli and potato in hot water for 5 minutes to get rid of the worm if any.

4. You can also replace broccoli with cauliflower and potatoes with sweet potatoes to make this puree.

7. Steaming is a healthy option for baby food than pressure cooking.
