Instructions
Preparation:
Clean the bowel and spoon by placing it in a vessel with hot water for five minutes and immersed on the same vessel until use.
Method:
1. Wash the pumpkins with fresh water.
2. Remove the skin of pumpkins using a peeler, remove the seeds and cut them into small cubes.
3. Steam the pumpkins pieces in a steamer for 15 minutes.
4. Once the pumpkins are steamed, it will be soft and transparent.
5. Now blend it with some water to smooth paste in a blender.
6. You can steam it with pressure cook it with a cup of water for two whistles.
7. Finally, Healthy pumpkin puree for babies is ready.
