Carrot Puree Baby Food

Instructions
Preparation:
Clean the bowl and spoon by placing it in the vessel with hot water for five minutes and immersed on the same vessel until use.
Method:
1. Wash the carrots with fresh water. Remove the skin of carrot using a peeler and cut them into small cubes.
2. Open the lid of the steamer jar and place the chopped carrot pieces into a jar.
3. Take 150 ml of water using measuring cup and pour into it and close the jar.
4. Turn ON the steamer, run it for 10 seconds without releasing your hand. Repeat the process until it gets desired consistency reached.
5. Add the boiling water to it while blending if needed, then serve in a bowl.
Extra Tips:
1. While choosing carrots, check whether they are firm, smooth and rich orange coloured.
2. Generally, carrots do not cause any allergies, but check for symptoms and if you find anything stop feeding.
3. Consult your paediatrician before giving any new foods to your baby.
4. Based on the vegetables, fruits and meats, the steaming time may vary.
