Instructions:

1. Take the dates and remove the seed from it.

2. Soak the dates in warm water for 5 - 10 minutes.

3. When the dates are soft enough to mash.

4. Transfer them to the blender along with soaked water.

5. Blend it to a smooth paste.

6. Don't add water continuously, add little by little.

7. The date paste should be smooth and thick.

8. Now, the healthy dates paste is ready to feed your baby.

Extra Tips:

1. Store this dates paste in refrigerated and consumes within 2 to weeks.

2. While consuming this paste, use clean and dry spoon every time.

3. Soaking time depends upon dates.

4. Adding more water while mixing, makes the dates paste liquid and it is not suitable for a long time.
